C2E2 2014 – The Diamond Select Toys Booth

The Chicago Comic & Entertainment Expo hit the Windy City again this past weekend, and ASM once again had a great time!  One of the places we made sure to see was Diamond Select Toys.  Although we missed Zach Oat while we were there, we got some great pictures of the display!

On hand were some awesome new Minimates, including the new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Minimates, TMNT banks were also on display, as was a battle damaged Ghostbusters Stay Puft Marshmallow Man bank.

C2E2 2013 – Diamond Select Toys – A Plethora of Goodies

C2E2-Logo-Horizontal-Hi-ResDiamond Select Toys, makers of Minimates, action figures, and other cool pop culture collectibles, had two separate display booths at C2E2. To celebrate the Tenth Anniversary of Minimates, they had several display cases showcasing various figures from the previous decade. They also had on display items from Star Trek, Marvel, Ghostbusters, “The Munsters”, Universal Monsters, and other awesome stuff. Plus, they opened up the Build-A-Minimate booth for those who made qualified purchases in their store. Take a look at some selected pictures below, and find more in our full Diamond Select Toys Gallery!

Seriously, I don’t know how anybody could get all of this awesome stuff. My wallet would break if I tried. Once again, Diamond Select just keeps hitting home runs with their product.

You can find all our C2E2 2013 pictures in our Main Gallery! Also check out our other C2E2 2013 Coverage!

Toy Fair 2013 – Day 2 Recap – LEGO, Mattel, Bandai, Playmates, Diamond Select

We’re in the middle of Day 3 of Toy Fair pictures, but let’s turn the clock back a few hours and see what we unveiled during the hour of the wolf (sorry, a Song of Ice and Fire reference there….). Yesterday, our big galleries were for three of the biggest companies at the show – LEGO, Mattel, and Bandai, plus some Playmates and Diamond Select Toys thrown in.

From LEGO, we saw new Galaxy Force, new Lord of the Rings, more Star Wars, and the debut of The Lone Ranger. We also saw DUPLO, Creator, Castle, City, and lots more.

From Mattel, we saw Batman and DC (including the crazy 1960’s Adam West Batman inspired toys), WWE, Masters of the Universe with the awesome Castle Greyskull, and Disney, and on the doll side, we saw Barbie and Monster High. Throw in Watchmen and Max Steel, plus more, and you got a buffet of pictures to look at.

From Bandai, it’s Power Rangers, Ben 10, Pac-Man and more. From Playmates, we saw Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. And from Diamond Select Toys, a whole host of Minimates and other cool stuff, including a Mr. Fusion prop from the Back to the Future movies.

C2E2 2012 Day 1 – The Displays

On the show floor were multiple displays from Marvel, DC Comics, Diamond Select Toys, The CS Moore Studio and The Captain America Auction. We’ll be getting more pictures over the weekend, but for right now, check out the galleries below:

CS Moore Studio
DC Comics and Collectibles
Diamond Select Toys
The Captain America Auction

The props from Captain America and Thor were AWESOME! I wish I had unlimited funds so I could bring some home.

More pictures tomorrow! All our C2E2 Galleries can be found here!
